Dr. Duchon possesses a wide variety of skills and specialties. He uses diverse, activator and piece adjusting techniques to aid his patients in attaining their health and healthy lifestyle goals.

He also uses myofascial release techniques to minimize muscle spasms and increase blood flow to hypoxic muscles. Through his personal athletic training and experience, he offers his patients his expertise to help customize and design their own personal rehabilitation programs to assist in strengthening and balancing their core and postural muscles. He also offers his patients SpectraCell testing, food allergy testing, parasite testing, and neurotransmitter testing to clearly assess their specific needs. From his own personal experience with motor vehicle accidents, Dr. Duchon relates to the victims and knows how to diagnose and treat them.

Dr. Duchon keeps up-to-date on current, modern chiropractic research and the various benefits for spinal and health issues for people of all ages. A well-adjusted spine as a child is crucial for their overall well-being and health, pediatric chiropractic care is one of many important steps for children to grow and mature correctly. Dr. Duchon’s kids love it when he adjusts them!

Racheal Hardin, F.N.P.-C.

Racheal is an experienced nurse practitioner and registered nurse with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital and health care industry for over 14 years. Racheal is an experienced nurse practitioner and registered nurse with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital and health care industry for over 14 years.

She believes in building strong provider-patient relationships through honesty, integrity, and trust.

Racheal earned her master's degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2018 specializing in Women’s healthcare and earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2009.

In her free time, Racheal likes to spend time with her family and her fur babies. She has a special love for her miniature dachshunds and enjoys breeding in her free time. When she is not working or caring for her animals you can catch her either out on the softball field or watching her favorite baseball team. GO ASTROS!

Office Manager

Carmen Dingman

Carmen has worked in the office administration capacity for many years. She is the front office scheduler and receptionist at Bay Oaks Chiropractic and Weight Loss Webster and has the distinct privilege of working with the kindest colleagues and patients in this industry.

Many patients show their appreciation for her professionalism.
She graduated high school in upstate New York and continued her education in Houston in Office Administration. She prides herself on eating healthy and exercising along with her life partner Jeff and their lovable dog Buddy. She works hard and plays harder. She and Jeff enjoy traveling throughout the United States and collecting magnets from all our travels. She has been blessed with 3 children and is the 3rd youngest of 9 siblings which has enabled her to deal with many adversities, personalities and has taught her the skill of patience and many other virtues.
